I have found that for a traditional wedding day, I need a minimum of 8 hours to capture the full story of your day with a stress-free timeline.
I include an engagement session complimentary because this is our opportunity to get to know you and empower you to feel comfortable in front of the camera.
Going over the stats for 2020 + 2021, 90% of my couples choose to add on another shooter. Therefore, it's a standard inclusion in two of my collections.
Digital files are amazing- but we can never fully trust technology. Having your own story- in an heirloom album is invaluable.

The process
Once you’ve booked with me, I’ll work closely with your and your coordinator to put together the perfect schedule of photography and list of family portraits.
I’ll scout photo locations and dial in every last detail so you can focus on other important things – like perfecting your cat-like dance moves for the after party…

This is one of the most important steps in the process, but sadly, it’s usually the most forgotten. This is the time that we help you preserve your memories for generations to come through your wedding album and fine-art for your home. Because your memories should live in a frame on your wall – not on a USB in a drawer- or a temporary news feed on social media.

Your only job on the wedding day is to stay present and celebrate your hearts out. After the wedding, we’ll share our favorite images via blog, Facebook, Instagram, and carrier pigeon. You’ll love them all.
Celebrate
I will help you plan your photography timeline and shot list. I'll send out a detailed questionnaire and then take it from there. I've got you every step of the way.
You tie the knot. I'll make gorgeous images. We all high five. While you’re flying off to your honeymoon, and I'll begin perfecting your images for you to enjoy.
Once your final images are finished, I’ll begin perfecting your album designs as well as selecting your favorite images to produce fine-art prints for your home.
Booking is easy! Once we've decided that we are a good fit for each other- you will officially reserve your date in my calendar!
Your first initial payment of $1500 will be due after signing the agreement- and the remaining balance will be divided up into two equal payments.
Final payment will be due 2 weeks before your wedding. Everything is handled online in one quick swoop!

The first step is to sit down with me either over the phone or via video chat (my couples are busy –I get it!). We’ll have some wine and talk everything wedding!
I can tell you is this: I invest a lot of intensive time, providing a hands on, customized, and personal service, to each and every couple.
Additionally, I make extra investments on the business side to ensure my couples images are safe, my gear is always in tip-top condition, and my skills are continually enhanced. When all this is said and done (and paid for. ha) You are the one that benefits.
I understand the photography is an investment, but I also know how important it is. (afterall, it's the one aspect of your wedding day that will outlive us) This is why I don't take any chances when working with couples who are trusting me to document their one and only day.
What makes you worth the investment?
They are fun!
But, I know you're looking for more specific information. LOL So below I have some common questions and answers:
1. Weekends? Typically I'm shooting weddings (and traveling to or from) on weekends.
2. Travel? Local engagement sessions are included, and include up to 35 miles of travel each way. (from 03466) If you want a specific location further out- You can book a standard session!
3. Time? Sessions are scheduled about 3 hours before sunset. (1 -1.5 of that is spent enjoying drinks and appetizers! My treat.

I'm a huge advocate for prints! While Digital images serve their purpose... nothing compares to holding your images in your hands. Which is one reason why I include a complimentary album.
For right now- all you have to do is get your wedding day reserved.
When the time comes you will have the opportunity to upgrade your album into a beautiful heirloom piece that fully tells your wedding day story. The albums I offer are STRONG and SIMPLE.
All of my albums are built by hand by expert craftsman in Indiana with only the most durable materials available

Absolutely! I travel more often than not for weddings. I've shot Wedding in PA, SC, ME, NH, MA, CT, NY, VT and the list keeps growing! Travel fees are included for most new England locations, and for weddings taking place in the Low Country of SC. (Beaufort, Hilton Head etc)
Please note, that while travel is included, City locations (Boston, NYC etc), and high end locations (Newport RI, the Cape etc), the hotel fees tend to be more expensive. While I make every attempt to reserve reasonably priced hotel, I make location a priority. (I want a hotel close to the wedding party. ). Therefore, minimal travel fees may apply. If it is a concern- it will be brought up during the consultation. I promise never to surprise you with any random charges. (That's just not cool)
Engagement Sessions are included for locations 35 miles from my home office.
Is Travel/ACCOMMODATIONS included in the price?
You’ve got enough on your plate—our thorough and detail oriented approach ensures you’ll have more photos than you could ever need or want, but we do recommend bringing to our attention any special people, planned moments, or unique details you’d like to capture that we might not know to anticipate.
On your wedding day, please have the rings, dress, shoes, jewelry and any other heirlooms you’d like in the photos in the bridal suite. We will typically spend the first hour of our coverage shooting your details and final hair/makeup.
Do I need to make a "Shot List" of my desired photos?
My second shooters all bring a lot of talent and enthusiasm to the table, so naturally I recommend having one along.
As a rule of thumb, if you have more than 125 guests coming to your wedding or a wedding party larger than 10 (including the bride and groom), I recommending keeping the second shooter as part of your wedding experience. Although I have shot many weddings solo- having an additional shooter offers many couples that added level of peace of mind. Depending on the scale of the event, I may suggest having a third shooter or assistants as needed.
Do I need a second shooter?
Absolutely!! (But believe me- you will appreciate it!!) I'm actually a pretty laid-back gal, but when it comes to your wedding day- preparation is the key to success. Don't worry- I'm not stressed or anxious. . . just organized. This allows me to bring relaxed energy to your day. You will receive a few very detailed questionnaires about 3 months from your wedding date, which covers everything!
After I review the details, I put together a final timeline for your day, and we schedule our final meeting. We plan and prepare so that you can just relax and let-go on your wedding day!
ARe you Organized?
ONE. 1. Uno... That's it... only one. Many of my colleagues will shoot back to back weddings. I simply can't offer my clients the very best doing that. Once I am booked for your wedding- I won't take any other jobs that weekend. This allows me to fully focus all my attention to you, on the most important day of your life.
As for 'Each year' this changes, but for 2022, I’m only accepting 20. I do this so I can give my couples the best experience and photos possible and not spread myself thin. I focus on quality, not quantity. I’m not in this for the money, I’m in this for you.
How many Wedding do you shoot in a weekend?
Absolutely not. In fact, because of how efficiently I work on the day of and the help I give you in preparing your family picture list, most family photo sessions on a wedding day are complete within 10-15 minutes. (The time it takes though also depends on your family members promptness and cooperation level)
That being said, when crafting a timeline- I do add in plenty of "buffer time", which typically will set aside 30-45 minutes for these family portraits. This just allows us to have a little wiggle room in case things are running behind.
Do we have to spend an hour taking famiily photos?
Like every encounter you’ll have with me, I make it as convenient as possible. Booking is simply a matter of you saying “I do!” and I ’ll send over your "booking proposal."
An Initial-non-refundable payment ($1500) and a signed agreement is required to reserve your date! Everything can be handled right online in one quick swoop!

How do we book you?
Absolutely. Many wedding venues require vendors to be insured. Rest assured- I take my business (and your photos) very seriously. I'll be able to provide your venue with proof of insurance when requested.
